The NATO Defense College Hosts the 58th Conference of the Atlantic Treaty Association
On 5th and 6th February 2013, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization Defense College (NATO) in Rome hosted the 58th Conference of the Atlantic Treaty Association (ATA). Members of the conference discussed security issues related to NATO and international security. Many guest speakers spoke about sustaining peace and security with the Mediterranean region and Gulf region.
Speakers like Oraib Rantawi, director of the Al Quds Center for Political Studies, suggested diplomatic action from NATO to increase security in the Middle East. The speakers also discussed current problems of NATO and proposals for building efficient security.
